Excellent service! They were on time and very thorough with their job! They took time out to let me know how things were going and what they were doing! Highly recommend!

I had not one but 2 others “clean” my dryer vent...or so they say. I wasn’t about to give up and found HITEC. I filled out the online form and gave as much detail as I could and heard back the very next morning and this was a weekend! Needless to say the owner Josh came Monday morning on time, very friendly and professional, and immediately resolved my ongoing dryer issue. He cleaned out so much lint it made me wonder what exactly these two others were doing and getting paid for the entire time. Smdh
He also installed a new output vent on the house and removed this eye sore of a tin can that was hanging there.
I highly recommend HITEC from one home owner to another.

I needed a new exhaust duct run for a dryer in my basement. I called and made an appointment with Hitech. The technician arrived and said to run a new exhaust duct 10 feet he wanted to charge me $500. When I told him that I thought that was a little high and that I would have to think about that, he said that I had to pay him $50 for the call. I told him that when I made the appointment, there was no mention of the $50 call charge. He made an excuse that it was to cover gas for his 10 mile trip. I went ahead and paid him with the intention of never calling on Hitech for any type of service again.
