These guys are great. We were out of town and realized that our AC was out. I called and they took care of the issue in less than 24 hours. Amazing service!

Blain and his crew were fantastic. We needed someone to help when my office's geothermal hvac system decided to start leaking. He was busy but understood the pressure we were under to cool off a building that was 89 degrees for 3 days. He was the only person to answer my call and earned a new customer for both my office and house. Fixed everything in one day and were the very thorough.

So, I typically don’t do this. But this guy really stepped over the line today with me. I live in a tight neighborhood. Meaning Lots of houses very close together. So sounds are amplified and we live very close to the street. My neighbor across the street had this guy, (Blain Workman, owner of Workman Heating/Cooling/Geothermal) come and jumpstart his car. I guess they are related or friends or something. So, good ol’ Blain decided to blow his horn about 20 times, right outside my infant son’s window, waking him abruptly causing a complete fit of screaming and crying and being scared and upset. I went outside after consoling baby, and asked him to please try not to do that again, that he had woke my sleeping baby and I had just got him back calmed down. His response was beyond rude. He said that he frankly didn’t care who he’d woken up and that my infant didn’t matter to him. That he would make whatever noise he felt necessary. So instead of standing on my porch fighting with someone who’s old enough to be my dad, I went back inside without saying another word. As soon as my door shut he decided to get back in his truck and lay on the horn and blow it multiple times, basically to just be malicious and as loud as possible and pulled off driving recklessly and speeding straight through the stop sign on my super small street. I wouldn’t use this business if it were the last heating and cooling company on the map. There are so many other great businesses that have employees/owners who have better company ethics. Blowing your horn like that and then being rude when asked nicely to refrain from doing it again, that just strikes me as so so terrible for company promotion. He was rude the entire time speaking with him. Not the way a business owner should act. I’m beyond disappointed, and will ensure none of my family or friends support this business.
