Exceeded expectations. On time, on budget. Very high quality work and very professional and capable workforce. Great attention to detail. Answered all our questions. Cleaned up very well.
Highly recommend and they are capable of many tasks including the necessary electrical work.

Appalachian Refrigeration installed a heat pump for us a week or so ago Not only i's it working great, but Harold, John, and the crew were knowledgeable, efficient, and a great pleasure to deal with. They were quick, friendly, and unobtrusive. They were also extremely careful not to mess up the house (shoe covers, drop cloths, floor covers where they walked, etc.) The last thing they did before leaving was to clean and vacuum every area they'd been in until it was spotless. They also left us two filters for each for the return vents. We strongly recommend them.

Brad and his crew were very professional in installing my new unit. They are well equipped with meters and completely knowledgeable . They were very polite about helping keep the inside of my house clean while working both inside and out. Would recommend their services .

Andrew is awesome, thorough, efficient and a very nice, courteous technician. He was respectful in wearing a mask and even shoe covers. Although, no fault of his own, he had to return the following morning for a problem that hadn't shown up the previous day. He spent time and thoroughly evaluated our older furnace until the problem was found and repairs were made. Highly recommend Andrew to anyone needing heating and cooling repairs.
