Another Heating

Great people, fast and efficient service. Called them and within 3 hours Charlie and John were at my house. They were very personable, and within 30 minutes, they had my heater up and running. Great job and answered any questions I had. I will be calling on them for any further problems

I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me put in no star. I have used this company from the first start of it. I turned my retired parents on to it and they had them come out because the AC quit.. they charged them $290.00 and told them it wouldn't last they would need a whole new unit. $6000.00 was the estimate. 3 days later the AC was out again. They called out a different company and that company told them clearly it had been shot or vandalized and that it should be covered under insurance and they couldn't believe that a responsible company had looked at the unit and charged the $290.00 knowing it would only last a few days. Well my parents got insurance to pay for a new unit. But I will never call this company out again. They took full advantage of a couple on a fixed income

Repaired my AC same day I called!! Arrived on time, and were very professional. Had the AC repaired in less than 30 minutes! Very affordable. Also gave suggestions about ac care.

My blower motor/fan finally went out on my 40 year old system. I looked up reviews on HVAC companies in Wichita and was impressed with the number of good reviews for Another heating and air. I could have just replaced the fan but even when it worked my house wasn't as cool as I though it should have been so I decided to go with a whole new system. Charlie and Ron came out balls to the wall for 12 hrs, yanking out the old system and installing the new one. Very knowledgeable, very well mannered and had no problem answering any and all questions that I had. They ended up fixing something in the attic that was allowing hot attic air into my a/c vents. I am very impressed with this company, my house is unbelievably cool, very happy!

Another Heating and Air completely rebuilt our furnace after First American Home Warrenty allowed our furnace to be installed without pulling a city permit. It was a dangerous mess of shortcuts.

The work was completed with attention to detail and they honored the quoted price even though it took 2 workers all day and new part kits from the manufacturer. I could not be more pleased. Or thankful.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were fast, friendly, explained what was wrong in a manner that I could understand and the best part..... I didnt have a heart attack when I saw the bill. I would refer this company to anyone.

Used Another Heating and air to service a AC unit during the summer, just got a round to writing the review. I was very happy with their work and professionalism, good work, reasonable cost, friendly staff. I will use them again
