This guy is a life saver!! Fast, friendly and understanding! Our heat went out when the temperature was 20 degrees and do to drop to the single digits in two days. He came out fast and everything was fixed before the temperature dropped! If it wasn't for him we would have been in a very bad situation! We called other companies and they said the part would take 2 weeks to get in and he got it in one day! Trust this company they will take care of you when you have an emergency!

When our a/c stopped cooling, Harris heating and air came to our rescue, and in a short time had it fixed, We cannot thank you enough, would highly recommend, I'd give more than 5 stars.

Absolutely a dream dealing with James and his team. He saved us from a horrible contractor that left us stranded for 6 weeks. I called James and explained the situation and he checked on my part and found that it had never been ordered, came out to check the previous contractors diagnosis and then worked with me to recover my parts that the previous contractor took off with. Once he recovered those, his team came out very soon after and had the part installed in a just a couple hours. They had to remove the furnace to get the part in and warned us they may not be able to do it in one day, but they completed the job before the end of day. The two techs that came out were super friendly and knowledgeable. James stood and spoke with us for a while after the job was complete. I truly felt like I was in good hands and like they truly cared about the quality of their work. I will never call another HVAC contractor.

So thankful we have Harris Heating and Air in Pittsburg. In January 2022, my 20 year old central heat and air unit failed. I contacted James Harris and he came out and was able to provide me with affordable replacement quotes. I choose Goodman. I am very satisfied with the product, professional service, price and timely delivery and installation. No back order. I highly recommend Harris and sons. Thank you! Happy and warm!

They never returned my call. They installed a heater for my folks and it makes loud noise when it kicks on and off.

Mr. Harris was amazing! Our heat went out the day before the temps were supposed to drop below freezing. Harris Heating came to our rescue and repaired the problem quickly at an affordable price! Woke up this morning and noticed that the furnace didn't turn on so I went downstairs to the basement to find out what the problem was. Checked the furnace and the pilot light was out. Simple fix, right? Wrong. Tried to relight and wouldn't stay lit. Great. Not what I needed during the holidays. Called James Harris and he was at my doorstep in less than an hour. At first we thought it was the thermocoupler but it still wouldn't stay lit. Come to find out the gas switch went bad so a couple of hours later he had it replaced. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. He's who I'm going to call when it's time to replace the system.

Our house was without AC for over a week. It was 93 inside on some days. I had terribly unpleasant experiences because of American Home Shield (who sent a very unreliable and deceitful contractor from Baxter Springs)

I was done waiting around and decided to contact Harris Heat and Air because they did great work in the past. Very pleased again!! Professional, reliable, reasonable.

Went through a few Pittsburg HVAC companies and Harris is by far the best and most responsive. Installed a new unit for me and has been very prompt on maintenance.
