On the Spot Heating and Cooling

During a 101degree day…my AC unit went down. Keenan lives across the street and came over that evening and within 5 minutes knew it was the capacitor and installed a new one and my house quickly returned to 74 degrees. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE.

Our AC went out during the last heat wave and we were dying. Our landlord called someone to check it out. They were over for a total of 5 minutes and told us that we needed a whole new unit which would cost over $1000 AND it would take a week to get it fixed. We called Keenan at On the spot and he came out same day, took a look and told us it was the compressor. He had the AC back in running order in a few hours for a third of the cost! Give these guys a call - they’re doing the good work. 100% recommend!

We had On The Spot out today to clean our compressor, and give us an assessment of our ductwork because half of our rooms get way too much air flow, and half of them hardly get any. Keenan was very friendly and professional, he gave us a very good and easy to understand explanation of why things are not working the way they should, and came up with solid solutions. We have had two other professionals come out who offered none of this. We have much more even distribution now, and learned a lot about how older ductwork can cause issues, and how to fix them without completely replacing ductwork. We will definitely be calling Keenan next time we need service.

So thankful for On the Spot. AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Gave them a call and within an hour they had someone headed to my home. They diagnosed a complex problem and fixed it in a timely fashion. At the end, I was expecting a huge bill, but was happy to see it was incredibly reasonable... even with it being an after-hours visit. I have saved their number in my phone. I hope I don't have to call them again, but if I ever do need them, I know I will be taken care of.
