All Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating

I called to have my heat pump checked out since we recently purchased the home and to make sure that it was working properly. A service team was sent to my home within 1 hour of the call I placed. I was reassured that things were working well after testing it out for 30 minutes.

Very professional! They were able to come out last-minute to look at a furnace to salvage our home closing. They ordered the part quickly and worked with our schedule to get installation done. We will not use any other company going forward!

We was new to the area. They was quick to respond to our needs the techs was professional and explained everything to me where I understood what was going on. JP got us fixed up. Fast, friendly and most of all fixed. Highly recommend!

I called them, they showed up next day..
Day #1- couldn't get AC going , didn't have parts on hand
Day #2- returned with part, unit still did run..reassessed unit, ordered another part
Day #3- returned again, installed second new part, unit up and running!
I can say they were prompt, curtious, friendly, and didn't leave a mess behind.

All Seasons is absolutely hands down the very best around! We have been using them for the past 10 years. We know all of them by name and always see the same smiling faces, no matter if it is 10 degrees outside or 110 degrees outside. We really appreciate that it is the same crew (Jason, Eric, Victor and Zac) because they actually know our units, know our house and know us as well. We are on their twice yearly maintenance plan, so they come out and service both our air conditioners and heaters in the spring and fall. With our busy schedule, Saturdays are the only day that work for us and we never have trouble scheduling our appointments then. We will be moving from the Ottawa area in January and we were beyond THRILLED to find out that they also serve Johnson County too!!! There is no one else we would want to work with other than these guys! In fact, we already had Jason come to the house we are purchasing to do inspections of the units and he found problems with one of them. He worked with us and the current home owner to get a new heater put in within 2 days as it was absolutely freezing outside.
We are very thankful for All Seasons and the service they have given us the past 10 years and will absolutely use them in our new home without question. They will be installing extra filtration and air purifiers as well as another humidifier on the 2nd heating unit soon. All Seasons also cleans ducts and dryer vents, so that is on our list of things for them to do at the new house as well.

The boys were here on time. They were very polite. They took care of all of the maintenance, then fixed a problem that was causing a noise in just a few minutes. I will continue to use All Seasons.

The young fellow who came wore shoe coverings and a mask. He was very courteous. Worked steadily finishing the work. Appreciate your good service. Took time to tell me about vent cleaning.
