Awful service. I have been without a heater for the past 2 weeks because I can't get them to come out and finish what is required by my home owners insurance! Tried to tell me that my insurance denied the claim and I would have to pay in advance, when in reality my insurer never denied the claim. Secretary hung up on us a couple of times when we called in to the company, and we keep getting told that they will come that day to fix, and we never hear from them or see them again. Horrible!

Very Courteous, they understood my needs as a customer. Friendly and knowledgeable, These guys are the real deal. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Anthony was very professional and clearly wants you to be a happy customer. He works hard and wants to fix the problem for you as quick as possible. Thanks to him, I have a new hot water heater!

American Home Shield, sent us On Time Plumbing. They have been good to deal with and the plumber Justin has been fantastic, I'm glad that we found On Time Plumbing and we will continue to use them.

I got these guys through American Home Shield. While AHS is a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less about anything other than getting the warranty premium, Tony made it happen and got my heater running with the outside temp at -15 and indoor at 38. AHS might have gotten something done a week or two after the pipes burst (which they wouldn't have covered). Because of Tony, I will use them after the home warranty expires and I have a choice.

The text before arrival was perfect. It included a picture and estimated time of arrival. Very polite! Discussed what was going on and what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.
