Justin is extremely personable and easy to work with. He knows his stuff and is willing to go the extra mile and explain everything in detail.
He's very fast to respond and just as quick to make a visit.

We have used Justin three different times when dealing with our 30 year old AC unit. He is always willing to get us up and running and doesn't try to sell us a new unit. However, we are ready for our new unit and will be using Thomas Heating and Cooling.

Justin is highly knowledgeable and will sit down with you and explain everything in a fashion that you understand. Because let’s be honest, you and I don’t know anything about HVAC. My wife and I have called him a few times since we purchased our home and he has been a godsend. He will be upfront and honest on what you need and do not need. His prices are beyond reasonable and he has saved my wife and I an exorbitant amount of money. From tune ups to cleanings, installs and repairs, my wife and I will not go with anyone else. I lost heat during the coldest week we’ve had yet and Justin made the time early in the morning so he could come before I had to be at work. Justin was very professional, thorough, and most of all so helpful! He even checked in with me later on to make sure everything was working well! I could not recommend him enough!!
