I have been a customer of Schuler heating and cooling for 40 years. This is THE best hvac company in Kansas City, hands down. Call them for any hvac issues. They will fix it fast and reasonably priced ! Asked for Jen, she runs the company she cares about each and every customer !

My wife and I are both realtors and have used Schuler Heating and Cooling many times over the years when we or clients need HVAC systems or repairs. Needed them again last Friday when A/C unit would not come on. Schuler has always provided us with great response time, great service and great communication from start to finish at every call. Really nice office staff, fair, honest and great technicians. If you are needing a whole new HVAC system or a repair or service call, I highly recommend you call Schulers.

Last week it was time to get the furnace pre-checked, and re-up on the service contract.
They set up the date, and Stephen arrived in a timely manner. A thorough check, and we are good to go.

Tech was excellent but they are short staffed. My appointment was scheduled, rescheduled a week later, then rescheduled a week later. It was originally an AM Appt. The last time it was rescheduled the company, not me, made it a PM Appt. The tech showed up in the AM. I was glad I was home or I probably would have had to wait another week.

I have used them several years. They are very prompt, friendly and honest. They also have affordable prices. Great company and I would recommend them to everyone.

I've used Schiler Heating & Cooling for years. They have a good reputation and have knowledgeable technicians. Us, they've been around for years.

Don't ever get a new installation from this company. New system has had issues after 3 years of use. Every season after the 3rd year the freon is leaked. That's 400$ to fill up and 0$ on root cause of leak, So I can see u wonderful people next year and every season. I had to change companies to get a competent technician. 0 stars because the company does not seem to care about freon leaking into atmosphere.

Very unprofessional and charged $279.00 for 15 minutes of work and a $12.36 part. I have used this group over the years for new installation and repairs. They had always treated me fairly and done good work..After completing the repair in 15 minutes and handing me the bill the technician(Josh) would not answer my questions and simply said "that is what we charge". I understand that it is $99.00 for the first half hour plus parts. I am happy to pay two or three times the wholesale part cost but why the extra $155.00. I drove back to office and and called the owner-Steve. Steve reported to me that Josh the technician had already driven back to the property and removed the newly installed part. The outside temperatures have been dangerously high in 90's and this was unbelievable. Do not use this group.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and showed up couple hrs after called... I'm not expressed easily but they go above and beyond expectations.
