They were friendly until they showed up. I had a leak at my rental property, so I called them to fix it. They came out the next day, and stated he fixed it. It was going to cost over $600, which was fine but he demanded i come right away. Told me I had 15.minutes to get there to pay him and was literally blowing up my phone. I simply told him I was on a conference call for my job which I was leading and could step away. I asked if I could mail a check or drop it off later and he refused. I had to call and ask family to leave their work. Literally the next day, our ceiling collapse because he pointed the draining hose away from the drain and caused a bigger leak. Thankfully we my insurance covered the damaged the caused. Too pricey, and rude in my opinion...no way to run a business...

Central Air Wasn't Working When We Moved Into New House. Got It Fixed 1st Time Guy Came Out. Only A Bandaid Fix, But Now Cool!
