Matthew went the extra mile for us and is super friendly as well as very knowledgeable. He had the furnace up and running in two days! That included ordering and obtaining a hard to find part for our old LNG heating unit!

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a HVAC company.

Came out and shot freon in my system and said it is fixed. Never came in the house, never checked that cool air was coming out. Nothing. This was on Friday

Called back on Monday and the same guy came out. Look at the system inside, did something with the thermostat and actually pulled it out of the wall, anchors and all. Left it hanging and said I hope you have another A/C because it has a leak. I said can you fix it. He said it will be the end of the week. Then as he was leaving, mumbled I am not coming back.

I then was told it may be a couple months because they only do leak repairs when they don't have any other work.

Then had the gall to send me a bill for almost $400.

I would never use them and suggest no on else does either. It is so bad when local companies complain about no business and this is their customer service.

Age unit26 years old. Needed replaced. Gave estimate sam day as called. Unit ordered, installed and working in three days. It was Cold here at the time. Thank the for getting heat as fast as they did.
