We had an HVAC issue that 3 other HVAC companies were unable to solve. I contacted Earl Bryant and they sent a technician the day following. Within a short time Todd had evaluated our system and successfully diagnosed our issue. A part was ordered immediately with a quick second visit to make the repair. What had taken 3 companies over 21 days of failing was solved by Todd and Early Bryant within a couple days. I couldn't be more thrilled with their customer service, knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness. Todd also kept me updated at all steps of his process, was pleasant and obviously great at his craft. Earl Bryant has won their place as our new HVAC service company.

Todd called ahead to confirm the appointment. Arrived when he said he would. Wore shoe covers in the house. Explained what he needed to do and set it and did it. When finished he reviewed what he did and showed me a few ways to maximize the features of our system. Great work, great technician.

Over the weekend we had the unfortunate experience of our A/C unit going out. I called Earl Bryant's 24 hour service line and a technician was at my home within an hour. Since it was a weekend I knew I would be paying a hefty price for the service call ($150.00), which I was totally okay with. It turned out that the only thing wrong was the capacitor went out which the technician replaced in about 20 minutes and we were up and running again. What I was totally surprised by was the cost ($180) for a 15 dollar part. I realize that the majority of the cost was for labor but strongly feel that 165 dollars an hour for a 20 minute fix is a bit excessive. I reached out to Earl Bryant and was told if I had known it was the capacitor I could have went and bought the 15 dollar part and installed it myself but because I didn't know that was the only thing wrong the $180 is what they charge. Don't get me wrong, I was very grateful that the technician was able to show up so quickly and fix the problem very easily. I just feel that this is an example of when people are in need of services it is easy for companies to take advantage of this fact and charge excessive rates for simple services. Rylan was the technician that fixed our A/C and he did a great job. Thanks for being available when needed.

Props to the crews that work for Earl Bryant. Just had a new install to replace a 16 year old contractor grade a/c system. Couldn't ask for a better team - efficient, diligent, and helpful. I have never been displeased with any service I have received from them (had a mini-split installed last year, and get seasonal services) - but the crew today (John and David) were just top-flight. I hope T.C. gives them some recognition - they deserve it!

Earl Bryant was recommended by a friend who had used their services in the past. They quoted me a new HVAC system to replace an 18 year old failing furnace. The quote was competitive and reasonable compared to larger HVAC companies in the KC area.
It was a pleaseure working with Danny through the quoting and scheduling process. I did not feel I was pressured to make a decision and the quoting was very strightforward without the usual car-salesman type techniques to upsell unnecessary services.
The installers worked around my schedule and luckily they came to install the new system a day after the old one failed completely.
I was impressed with the punctuality of the crew - showed up at my door at 8:30 am on the dot, as promised.
After a small misunderstanding about the location of the AC unit outside, they were quick to move the unit in the deisred locaiton and reconnect it.
If I had any recommendaitons for Earl Bryant to make their customer experience even better, that would be to do a post-installation follow-up phone call to make sure the customer's expectations have been met with the newly installed system.
I would highly recommend this business for their fairness, punctuality, and effort to keep their customers pleased.

TC and his company were right on the button with the whole Hvac project, from explaining the features of the new Trane system and getting the bid right the first time. That experience was only surpassed by the installation which was flawless and better than I could have imagined. We could not be more satisfied, and we were so happy that Earl Bryant decided to tackle my new garage door install. If you don’t give them a call for your next project, you will have missed out on what customer service should be like with everything.

Needed to replace both the furnace and A/C so after getting several estimates from different companies with different brands I chose Earl Bryant and the Trane system, which was about the middle of the estimates and had good reviews.
Don and Zack showed up right on time and did a great job of removing the old and installing my new Trane system. Both Don and Zack knew their job well and were friendly and happy to answer any question. Before leaving they explained the system and its controls completely and cleaned up every bit of trash and debris from the work. I would recommend Earl Bryant Heating and Cooling.
