Smith Service Company

I have used Smith Service Company for all my HVAC needs for over 15 years and have always received very good service for a fair price. This includes a new furnace/heat pump/AC unit for the main part of the house, a mini-split system for the 3rd floor, and a wall unit for the studio over the garage. I have no reservations about rating them 5 stars.

Smith Service Company has been a great great pleasure to work with. They came quickly and on time, made no fuss while they were in our home. And they thoroughly serviced the excellent HVAC equipment as required.

Highly recommend. Smith Service does very high quality work. They just replaced two complete HVAC systems in our house. The installation process went smoothly and they were very good about cleaning up after their work was done.

Technicians were on time, amiable, and efficient. All checked out OK, but last year they found and corrected dangerous conditions of our furnace. We are thoroughly pleased and planning to continue having them to our home.

I have employed Smith Service for many years at different houses. I highly recommend them. In my last experience they totally replaced my aging furnace. The tech that came to check the existing furnace was professional and explained the options that I had to restore that appliance and the cost of each. I decided that my best option was to replace that furnace and I was given several furnace options with the price points on each. After the new furnace was installed, I called them to ask about some control options on the furnace. The tech returned, explained in detail how to adjust the controls to my satisfaction and I am now able to easily make adjustments according to my own preference. He was quite knowledgeable, patient and was quite amiable during the whole process; I couldn’t be happier. Shawn Smith and his company will always get my business and my recommendation.

I have been using Smith Service Company for about 17 years at both my home and my business. They are professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgable. At my residence, they have helped me maintain aging heating/cooling equipment long past the date it should have been replaced so I could make room in my budget to purchase a high efficiency system. Earlier this month, I finally pulled the trigger to have Smith Service Company replace it with a new heating/cooling system and I couldn't be happier! A few years ago they also replaced my water heater with a brand new tankless water heater (LOVE IT!) and added a whole-house humidifier to my system.

I discovered Smith Service Company when my business was building a warehouse about 17 years ago. They installed all of the HVAC equipment in the warehouse: a central air/heat solution for part of the warehouse and radiant heaters for the rest of the warehouse. They perform yearly maintenance to keep the system purring like a kitty.

The young man who provided service at my house this past time was very responsive, responsible, professional, honest, trustworthy and caring. I have called for servicing the past two years and the same person has come each time and has given the same attentive service. My husband has always been the one who took care of this type of stuff. He recently passed and I knew nothing about the maintenance side of AC/Heating units. The serviceman who came has been so patient and detailed in the answers to my questions and he’s been very thorough in his work. He’s also very easy to understand (didn’t talk tech lingo that I couldn’t/wouldn’t have understood.) He provided awesome service and I hope he continues to be the one who comes each time I need to have my ac/heating serviced. I feel I can trust what he advises.
