I made an after hours call to resulted in a technician repairing the capacitor. The length of time spent at the property was 15 minutes and the bill claimed 2 hrs due to drive time. After questioning Rich, the individual responded in a very un-professional way lecturing me on how I used another HVAC company for a prior issue. Do not recommend due to poor professional nature and over-billing issues.
