Professional guy. Friendly. Timely as well. My only issue is that it was a bit pricy. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

Had them install an AC unit this past summer and they did an outstanding job. Wife calls and said the furnace wasn't working so I call Joel. If say within an hr, he was there, had it fixed and gone. Thanks for the outstanding service!

On Friday right before a terrible heat wave, my air conditioner stopped working. My puppy was so hot that he cried himself to sleep -- even though I had all fans in the house pointed only at him. A miserable time. Based on a neighbor's recommendation, I called Venteicher Heating &Cooling on Saturday and the owner, Joel, picked up right away. He was out of town but said he'd come on Sunday. He arrived on Sunday, as promised, and had my old central unit up and running in 20 minutes. The bill was very reasonable -- he had to replace a broken part -- and he didn't charge me extra because it was Sunday. I can't say enough in praise of Venteicher Heating &Cooling. This company has earned my loyalty. The owner is reliable, experienced, skilled, and gallant. Venteicher Heating &Cooling is my new and always first choice for help with heating and cooling.

This is an amazing and honest company. He was courteous and explained everything very well. We initially had serviced our AC unit from another company in Iowa city who had most 5 star rating. They told us the AC unit should either have an expensive repair or be replaced. However, he came over and was able to diagnose the problem easily and got the machine running again,. WOW. We will for sure use him for any future AC needs. Thank you so much.
