So far they’ve charged $230, to solve absolutely nothing. Though I’m sure another bill is on the way, since they came back out to try to fix the issue, that they never even fixed in the first place. Our thermostat was less than a year old but they said that it was causing the issues that we were having and we needed to buy a new one. So we bought another thermostat, a different brand, brand new, that they’re now saying this new one is the issue AGAIN (less than 30 days later). Let me just note, Both thermostats functioned properly. Also, the second guy who came was huffing and puffing the whole time he was here. Like he was mad that he had to work. He also had to call the office to ask questions and didn’t even put the panel back on my unit outside. So to recap, so far, we’ve spent over $500 on two thermostats, paid them $227 for technicians who don’t even know what they’re doing to try to fix an issue, that they still haven’t even fixed and they’re now saying we need to buy Another new thermostat, specifically from them. Might as well as just light your money on fire instead, it’s quicker.

Had the part I needed for after hours service. Picked it up myself and installed myself but still charged $150. On call + huge markup on the part. I understand it's a business but I felt pretty taken advantage of for the price. I will take my business elsewhere.

They fixed my central air unit very quickly. It works very well now. The man was palette . They sent me a bill afterwards. Price was decent .
