Kris Maley did a tremendous job in digging in and diagnosing what appeared to be minor issues but found set up issues from the original builders that was a basic configuration problem. Our building was having an issue where the upper lobby area wasn't cooling properly. Had several other contractors come out, assess the area, and propose solutions in the $20K+ range. Travis came out and quickly identified a leak in the system. After adding freon and charging the system, the issue was resolved, saving our company thousands of dollars. Will certainly use them for our business - and our personal home - again.
