I had them out for a tilted ventilation pipe to my gas water heater as I was concerned it might not be venting correctly. After examining the pipe carefully, the tech advised it was ventilating correctly. He repositioned it to the original spot & placed some screws to hold the 2 pieces of piping together to keep them from separating in the event that future roofers needed to reboot the water heater vent. He showed me how to turn off the gas to the water heater, and also set up my CO monitor that I had never understood where or how to place. And then when I asked him, he even took a quick peek at my gas furnace to confirm that I had replaced the air filters correctly. And to boot, they were able to work me in on my day off. I most definitely would have them back.
