In a pinch? Don’t call Lynch. It wouldn’t do you any good anyway because they don’t answer their phone! So frustrated I could cry at this point!
On one visit they were more than 4 hours late, they said it was a scheduling error. The next time was scheduled at 8:30, and at 1:30, still nobody had shown up. I called the office repeatedly for 90 minutes with no answer and then drove to their office which was unlocked but abandoned and half constructed. The lady FINALLY answered the phone and was rude because I had not called sooner. (I was at work and left my home unlocked for them since they were coming so early) -They said they were short staffed and would look into it.
We’ve had them come out 4 times now and my air still doesn’t get below 74 and now I have water in my air vents. And I have to find a different company to come figure out this mess.
I’m so disappointed in this company I will never recommend them to anyone.

Made timely appointment during my first call. Today I reached out to the tech at 3pm to verify arrival time (was given 3-5pm window). Tech informed me they are running so late that arrival would now be after 5pm, and if I want to keep today's appt I would be charged "after hours" pricing, or I could call and reschedule for Monday. I called the company line and left message, which was returned the same evening; I was informed that they actually couldn't get a tech out until after 8pm, and although they usually don't work weekends, they could get someone out tomorrow instead of waiting until Monday. I was also informed that after hours/weekend fee is industry wide in our area, and that it couldn't be waived. The tech that came and looked at our equipment was nice, and quoted us $125 for the service call and $3800 to replace the unit. We went with a different company to replace the unit and Lynch then charged us almost $300 for just the service call- during which the only thing that got done was an assessment of our equipment. RIDICULOUS.

Wyatt was very polite and efficient. He was able to fix the heat problem in my house…the flame sensor. He explained the issue and showed me where the problem was.

I had just moved to the area and purchased a home built in 1959. I wanted to replace a toilet by myself, but realized I had a problem as soon as I removed the old one. It would require replacement of an old cast iron flange. I didn't have any experience with cast iron, so I chose to call a professional.
Checking Google, I found a few near me that had high ratings; Lynch was one of those. They were able to come out the same day. Jimmy stayed in contact with me to provide a specific time when he would arrive. He looked at it and knew exactly the issue I was facing without me having to describe it. He provided me an estimate and he was able to return the next day to begin work.
I did not have any negative experience with Lynch. Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable. The cost was exactly as I would expect; they are competitive with the prices where I am from. They provided high quality work. I will call on them again when the need arises.

Quality work and advice to avoid future issues. Will use Lynch again as needed. Prices were fair as well. I highly recommend others use Lynch.

Although they were not immediately able to fix the problem, they provided information that I needed to contact the vendor for a free replacement faucet to be installed at a later date.
