Furnace has acted up twice and both times we've called for service, they've gotten it running again the same day regardless of the weather. They show up right on time and are honest with service and expectations of your unit. Would recommend them any day.

Called them after hours when my air quit working. Super friendly and professional. They were able to work me into the schedule. I was kept in the loop as to what the issue was and what the fix was as well as the cost prior to performing the work. Ben was super and so was Connie!

Had a tech come out to look over our furnace that was not properly heating. Charged us $220 for diagnostic and 20 minutes worth of "maintenance" that did not fix the issue. Definitely feel ripped off.

Very good service and polite straight forward discussion with the office. The Staff member who worked on my air conditioning unit used great manners, was efficient, and left an impeccably clean work area.

Had someone come out to look at our ac unit and give us a quote a new ac unit. They canceled twice on us due to weather. Then said they would come from 8-12. So boyfriend took off work. When they didn't show he called and the said they couldn't look at it until it warmed up! Came later that day and left us a quote for just shy of $5000... if you guess we didn't go with them, you are correct. Rediculious price and horrible at scheduling appointment. Went with Affordable Heating and Cooling and couldn't be happier.
