Andy and Bob were professional and personable when they fixed our AC and plumbing. They called ahead of time to schedule the visit and were prompt calling us back. They took care of all the claim reporting and billing through our home warranty company. Bob and Andy cleaned up after they were done, as if they were never here. They enjoyed the kids asking several questions and didn't mind our dog who barked most of the time they were here. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service. Tech was great and explained everything to us. Will definitely use again when needed.

I give them one star because I have to and they were nice while they were working here. But when they were done, I watched as one guy picked up the drop cloths from the centers dropping all the debris onto the floors. I had to vacuum after they left. I have M.S. and am in constant pain.

The boiler had a red wrench LED light flashing non-stop from the time they left from the install to days later when I first tried to turn on my heat. Chris had always said the flashing red wrench didn't mean anything which sounded suspicious in and of itself. Of course it was a Sunday because HACAP wouldn't pay for it hris. Since when does HACAP have anything to do with a new boiler not being serviced within the first year? This was about a week. The last time I saw someone from HACAP was the supervisor from Weatherization at HACAP. His name is David Rotschafer. I originally told him I did not want a new boiler or a new water heater because when I decided to replace the boiler when I bought the house (since it was the original boiler from 1962) ... I was told by the first guy who was VERY HONEST that he would love to sell me a new boiler... but it would most likely last between 9 and 14 years and the one I had would probably last another 50 years if I just replaced the parts as needed. That was over 5 years ago and I never needed a part and never had to do anything but turn the thermostat dial.
David Rotschafer eventually talked me into a new boiler and hot water heater. (I didn't want the hot water heater either because mine was glass lined and they last a long long time too.) I was told by David that "HACAP only installs French boilers because the French know what they are doing and those last more than 20 years."
Today this guy from Belle Plain (Chris) came to fix the boiler. When asked how many of these new style digital panel boilers he had installed like ours, he said 6 or 7. And yet he didn't know how to fix this without me calling the manufacturer and finding out that the red flashing wrench LED was indeed an error code. I told him so as I handed him the phone so he could be walked through by tech support.
There is no shame in not knowing something... especially when technology is moving so quickly. But it is shameful when you lie. He didn't even know how to text or send a photo per the technicians request. I learned long ago when I was a teenager from a seminar I attended that the three sentences spoken most often by the most successful people are; 1. "I need help." 2. "I don't know." 3. "I made a mistake." That has always served me well in life.

Nice guys. But do not seem to know what they are doing when it comes to these newer high tech boiler systems. They installed mine last September and it has turned off in below freezing weather 5 times in the past 5 weeks. I am afraid to leave my home for fear of returning to burst pipes causing the flooding of my home. They tell me they cannot come and fix it unless they are authorized by HACAP. I never asked for the thing in the first place. I told Dave Rotshafer at HACAP I did not want it because mine would last another half a century if I just replaced the parts as needed wheras thiese ne ones are a constant problem. I am so frustrated from getting the run-around

Very prompt and respectful. They did a great job and were very nice about answering all the questions we had.

These guys were great. I had them do plumbing, furnace and a new septic system. I would definitely hire them again.

Darn fast for sure, they dug up my feed from the curb to street in one morning to completion and back filled etc.! I had a bad feeder.
