C AND K Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

C&K Installed a complex geothermal system in my home several years ago and have been here a number of times for routine service and to deal with a few minor issues. The system started experiencing problems a couple of months ago and it has been a challenge to find the problem and get it corrected.

While it would be terrific if this could have been fixed quickly, this system is complex and has been a challenge. C&K has been terrific in their response and customer service. They have gone above and beyond to find the problem and keep my system functional in the meantime. One of their technicians came during an ice storm to help get the system running to keep the house warm. Everyone there has been very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them.

We got several quotes for a dedicated irrigation line, and C&K was by far the most reasonable quote. They were able to get us in the schedule quickly, their agent arrived exactly on time. He was polite, left no mess behind, and did beautiful work. Before he left, he made sure to show us what he had done and gave us opportunities to ask questions. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future plumbing needs!

We were very pleased with Joe’s service call today. He was careful and thorough and found the two problems that were causing the difficulty. It also didn’t hurt that he is very personable and pleasant.

We were on vacation and our friend checked the house and said it was 45 degrees in the house. We called for emergency service and Scott corresponded with us within 45 minutes by phone. He was great with working with us by phone to repair it. He had to leave to get parts and come back. Had is running again that day, which saved us a lot of worries. Very professional!

Logan was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and explained everything well. He asked BEFORE he did most repairs, and told me what it would cost beforehand. At first he said he’d only have time to look at one of my 2 AC units, but ended up fixing both of them! Hopefully everything will start working again tomorrow, we have to wait and see after giving the units a rest!

Efficient, well mannered and business like. The cost per time involved with installation seemed high but we do appreciate the quality of expertise provided by C & K personnel.

Although my family was without hot water for 4 days, I am pleased with the service provided by C&K. Luke is a great guy and was very helpful with the information necessary for me to purchase a water heater. He was rather quick installing my new one as well!! Highly recommend

I was very impressed with the overall service and communication. Caleb showed up on time, was very thorough, and explained everything that he found and what he did to resolve the problem.

Sean and his helper (I'm real bad with names, but he was great too) arrived exactly when the dispatcher estimated and fixed my issue very quickly. While we waited for some parts to come I had a very pleasant chat and as soon as the parts came they resolved the issue straight away. After the issue appeared to be resolved they stuck around to make sure there were no leaks they missed so that I wouldn't have to reach back out to them. Highly recommend, I'll be turning to C&K for my future plumbing needs and probably for my AC/furnace repair as well.
