Rick is a fast and great technician. He had done many jobs for me over the years. I'm always happy with his jobs. His prices are fair. He and Annette are always on top of appointments, estimates, invoices, etc I recommend this company 100%!

Fast estimates, timely service, reasonable pricing, friendly personnel, Gordon was very knowledgeable and polite - love that they scheduled around another service I was having done! Highly recommend!

Service guys arrived early, diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed and cleaned without any surprise charges.

Excellent service! The phone message I left requesting service for my ductless mini split outdoor unit was promptly returned. Rick came out in a timely manner (and when he said he would!) to take a look, quoted me a repair price, ordered the part, and came back to install it as soon as it arrived---all for what I considered a fair price. Will definitely call again the next time I need assistance! Thank you, Rick & Ernsperger's!

They were able to fit us in 1 business day after calling in the middle of summer, over a holiday weekend! Which is just amazing. Rick came out and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. It was only 90 bucks but there were no parts being replaced just some cleaning. Very reasonably priced considering some of the bigger companies in the area will charge more.

While he was here he took a look at the furnace and ac, and answered my questions about preventative maintenance and possible replacing.

Good business, I would certainly call them first for my hvac needs.

Can't say enough great things about this company. A/C stopped working over the weekend. They couldn't make it out because they were already overbooked for the day. But Rick said he would come out on Sunday to get me going. Didn't want him to give up his Sunday, just wait and come out Monday. Called Monday, Rick came out and had the part with him, did the repair at a reasonable rate. Awesome. They are good people to work with.

It's refreshing to have such a great experience when you're facing a potentially costly repair. They came out early (called first to make sure it was okay) and was able to diagnose and fix the problem before the original appointment. He even went above and beyond and sprayed out the outside unit because it was dirty. The cost was affordable and I feel very comfortable with the work that was done. I would not hesitate to call them up again should I have an HVAC need in the future.
