Contacted Joe and his company, Tech Guy Heating and Cooling and from the start very professional. He and his employees came out on a very hot and humid day, they replaced my air conditioner and my furnace and all my ductwork. They did an also job and know my home very comfortable. We had a bad control board in the furnace and Tech Guy HVAC replaced it for us for a very reasonable price. I'm honestly shocked at how well our heat is working now.

For example, I previously never saw temps above 80-90 degrees with my temp sensor even after the system was freshly installed a couple years ago (even with AUX HEAT/coils turned on). Using the exact same temperature sensor, I now see temps over 160 degrees! Our air went from being barely warm to -very- warm. The house heats up quickly and the system shuts down like it should. It doesn't have to run constantly anymore just to keep up!

Joe's team showed up, replaced the bad part quickly, programmed the replacement part, tested our HVAC, and sent me a very reasonable invoice afterwards that I was able to quickly and easily pay online.

With TechGuy HVAC, I didn't have to hear a single sales pitch for a $2,000 hot water heater replacement or a $1,000 smart thermostat replacement. (I wish I was kidding, but I'm not.) I didn't have to sell a kidney to get my furnace repaired and I wasn't treated like a soulless number on a list. Our HVAC system works incredibly well now.
