We have a contract with another heating and air company, who we called to come fix our unit. They tried to tell us we needed an entirely new unit and wanted us to pay thousands of dollars. Luckily, we called Mitch Craig for a second opinion. They responded in less than an hour and found the issue. Our service tech, Clayton, was able to save us a lot of money and explained everything that was going on, leaving us feeling much better about the situation. We will definitely be calling Mitch Craig from here on out!

I was told by other heating/cooling company I will be needing to replace my AC/heater unit due to freon leak that is unfixable. I Called Mitch Craig for 2nd opinion, after just 30mins they send 2 people Clayton and Cameron two rock stars ran a diagnostic test turns out my unit is totally fine. They even showed me all the numbers and explained it well.

FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mitch Craig HVAC! Our mini split unit wasn’t performing well and they sent a rockstar technician to straighten us back out! Clayton is the phenomenal technician that put us back on track. He was on time, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough! His attention to detail was stellar and he taught me more about the inner workings of my unit than I’d ever thought I’d know in my life. Jeremy was much appreciated today. The last 2 days our A/C wasn't working quite right, but wasn't completely failing just yet. I will be going in for surgery tomorrow and wanted to make sure I was going to have A/C when I get out on Wednesday. He was so gracious to respond to our call on a Sunday -- Mother's Day no less! Great customer service and expedient repair. Had a tenant notify us of loss of heat and within the next 2hrs they were back up and running. Mike was very friendly and answered all my questions. He also made the process simple. Highly recommended.
