Johah did an great job with correcting a problem that came about from replacing an anode in the water heater as part of the yearly maintenance plan. While he was here he also replaced a water faucet on the outside of the house. Was very efficient and effective in his time and what he was doing. Also want to recognize Caleb for helping out with the working out a solution for the original problem that did not create any additional problems. Hats off to Team summers in handling the unknown professionally.

My husband and I noticed an issue with our basement toilet. We contacted Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling Noblesville branch and were blown away at how responsive and efficient they were. Our main contact was Dustin and we had nothing short of a great experience. He was professional, friendly, and a great communicator. Caleb Y went above and beyond to repair our sump pump pipe - both interior and exterior. Literally stayed till 11:30 on a Friday to make sure we would be would not be without sump pump service over the weekend. Great communication and timely arrival for multiple visits to complete job.

I had Jace from Summers come out and validate an issue that I was having with my furnace. Once validated he began to explain my options to me and the associated cost to replace the furnace, my humidifier and my older model AC unit. After a little bit of discussion I feel that he gave me what seemed like a fair price for all of these appliances to be replaced. We scheduled the appointment and the lead installer Wes, who was very professional and courteous, showed up on the agreed upon date. He and an additional installer went right to work and completed all of the installs in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me that everything was operational, answered any questions that I had and left me with a comfortable and trusting feeling.

I've received consistently good service from Summers over the years, and this was no exception. Brad arrived on time( a little early, even) and quickly diagnosed and fixed my plumbing issue. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and looked at my water heater( at my request), and quoted a replacement price. The price was so reasonable I scheduled immediately. No pressure, just service.

Asked Summers for an estimate to install a kitchen sink, faucet, disposal, and shutoff valves. Scheduled the estimate for the next day, and it came in much more reasonable than others. They were able to schedule the install for a day later! Jim was the plumber who did the work, and it was high quality. He was courteous and respectful, and answered my questions clearly. Very pleased!
