Five Diamonds Heating & Air

I called Five Diamonds to investigate a concern that came up in an inspection re: my dryer duct vent. They came out for an evaluation the next day, and we were able to schedule an appointment for the following week to clean out and install a new dryer duct and vent. The process was seamless - the contractor (Jeff) was extremely professional, efficient, and informative. He was able to diagnose the issue right away, and was nimble in executing the solution. I feel confident in the work they performed and would recommend five diamonds without reservation!

The technician was very friendly, honest, and transparent. I would give five stars for that. However, after a second opinion I found that they misdiagnosed my problem and would have charged me $900+ for a fix that was actually a $100 fix.

Five Diamonds was hired for services, I had already paid another Heating & Cooling company out of Warsaw to complete in 2018. The other company did not explain everything to me and workmanship was poorly completed. My end results of continued excessive dust and snow melting off my roof top proved the first company didn’t do something correct. I called them several times throughout the years about my concerns. I was ignored and mislead to only encourage me to buy additional features or services. I wasted thousands of dollars with this other company. Now the snow isn’t melting from my roof top and dust is not excessive. Cleaner air quality too! Five Diamonds has my future business for professionalism, honesty, and workmanship!!!

If you need a heating and air company, look no further. It's hard to find companies that are honest and trustworthy, but Five Diamonds is top notch. From start to finish, this company is great to work with. Their communication is great, they show up when they say they will, and they take pride in their work. I recommend this company to anyone in need of their services, you will not be disappointed.

Great Company! I was really impressed with the great set of Guy's that came and took out the old furnace and replaced it with a new one. They did an awesome job!!! If I ever needed anymore work done I'll be calling Five Diamonds again! If anyone is looking for great quality work, look no further!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to give them 10 stars! We called 5 Diamonds on a Monday morning after our furnace had given out over the weekend. They went above and beyond to have a new furnace installed only a day later by Tuesday at lunch! When i first called i spoke with the owner of the company who assured me that they would do whatever it took on their end to get us heat as soon as possible. I had a quote a few hours later and like i said furnace was installed the following day!! Thanks 5 Diamonds, your whole team was Awesome in helping us. Oh and i forgot to mention this was the very first time we had ever called them. We will be using 5 Diamonds for all our HVAC needs in the future!!!

Several years ago on an extremely cold January morning at about 3 am, our furnace died, and Brent (owner of Five Diamonds) was at my house before 6 am, and we had a new furnace installed and running by the next day.
This week the condensate pump for it failed because of the flooding in Goshen from 2018, and again, they responded so quickly, and less than a day from calling, a new one is installed, working, and for a very fair price. Awesome company, awesome staff, excellent work.

Our AC went out in the middle of the hottest days this summer. We called another ac company who came out 3 different times and after that never returned our phone calls. The AC still was not working. This was over another two weeks no air. We called Five Diamonds... They were out right away! They found several honest problems and took the time to show me. Outside unit was toast and found several leaks throughout the line and another internal part that was not working right. 3 days turning this around that's with the unit being delivered.
If your not using Five Diamonds... You should be!!!

Our heat started acting up this morning, which just so happens to be the coldest day of the year. I woke up in a panic not knowing what to do. My co worker recommended Five Diamonds and I am SO glad that she did! I called early in the morning, and Terry answered. He was so friendly and happy to help. He assured me that we would be seen today. Our heat then decided it wanted to try to work again, so I called to cancel. At this point, most companies would just say "ok" and move on. Terry went the extra mile by asking us questions to be sure it was alright. He definitely went the extra mile by doing so. As it turns out, our temperature dipped way back down after I cancelled, so I called back and he was still able to fit us in! He sent Anthony, who was the nicest technician I have ever met. He diagnosed the issue, helped us, and was SO honest. He did not try to "sell" us on anything. He educated me on what he was fixing, and I took notes as he told me. He was extremely patient as I did so (because I had a lot of questions as a first time homeowner!!) I am BEYOND grateful for the time he took out of his day to help us. He educated me on preventive maintenance tips and laid out a timeline of when we should get what serviced, and when. I felt that I learned something today from his visit. I cannot say that of any other company I have come across. Thank you Five Diamonds! Another true gem in the heart of Nappanee!!
