They did go above and beyond to schedule me in as quickly as possible. They were scheduling all the way out to end of July- Aug.
The tech Came out on Thurs for AC tune up, teen showed him where AC unit was. Tech didn't make sure unit was working prior to leaving. Adult was out of town, came back Sat. Called to report AC not working, temps were in mid-high 80s; with dogs. The Tech informed me he was required to charge $180, even after I explained that their tech was just out here. Didn't have the $180 to pay right then and there. I was able to contact a friend who does HVAC, he asked 2 questions and helped me locate the problem. The Coovert tech didn't plug the contact points into the AC power conductor unit. Took me 2 seconds. Coovert did contact me immediately Mon morning, when I asked about their weekend policy having exceptions in the future, I was informed no. I asked if it would be something they would change, because I wanted to know who to take my business to in the future. It was stated that was policy and there was no offer to lower my bill or anything due to negligence.

They came here months ago in the summer to give me a second opinion on my Heat pump. I had another company for years doing it but I was always getting told I'll need a new system soon well I was without heat and air close to a year because I had no money for a new heat pump. So I call a place and they had you all come out and the guys looked over everything and told me you don't need a new system and they fixed a few things put a new thermostat in they had to come back couple of times only because it was to hot in my attic and had to get the right thermostat etc... Id say its been 6 or 7 months now and my heat pump has never worked this good in over the 10 years I've used it and also my electric bill has dropped alot in price because the unit is working like it should. I thank you all for helping me get this fixed and were 100% honest as well unlike the other company. Thank you again...

Asked for an estimate for replacement furnace and it took 6 days to get an estimate after a tech came out. Horrible customer service! I called on 1/23 and your tech was out same day. You are correct you sent the email on the 29th. So check with your tech on why he waited to give you the info. He was not out on the 28th. It was the 23rd. This is exactly why I didn't use your company. Good day sir!
Well this business has since been emailing regarding his so called records, just do your due diligence as a customer and check reviews. If they put this much time and effort into their work, things could have been different. Not into arguing, but I also have records. Again, have a nice day

Tech came out Friday left said he would be back Saturday no show said he then would be out Sunday no show finally showed up Monday was here 30mins left with no resolution called in to the office they said tech said furnace needed replaced for$4000 when the original problem was the blower motor so Monday evening I replaced blower motor and repair stuff tech left unhooked furnace works fine model year of furnace is 2005 fixed for $180 after paying them$160 service call fee

Had a tech come out to give estimate on new furnace, told us that they would get us the estimate. Even called that evening and had a question, but never received any estimate or email. Went with other company that wanted to make a sell.
