My wife and I decided to purchase a washer and dryer from Lee Supply rather than Home Depot, Menards or Lowes because they were the supplier for the new house we were buying so we assumed they could coordinate delivery better than the box stores. I ordered and payed for the appliances on 12/12/22. We moved in on 1/3/23 and the appliances still hadn't arrived at their warehouse. Finally delivery was to be made on Wed, 1/11/23. They showed up with one white appliance and one blue one. Not what we ordered. They tried again on Mon, 1/16/23 and again one white and one blue. Third time was a charm as delivery was finally accomplished on Fri 1/20/23. It appears their warehouse and the office don't communicate very well. To make up for the delayed delivery and our inconvenience, our sales rep Rick Ferguson volunteered that the warehouse suggested they refund our $79.99 delivery charge. Of course that never happened. Next time I'll go to one of the box stores to purchase my appliances and get delivery in a day or two.

These people know their appliances. I did a purchase and install of a fairly unique oven/range recently. The lead installer was committed to the project and did an incredible job. Very satisfied.

Went to spend upwards of $1400 on a washing machine and the guy states his ONE AND ONLY appliance specialist is out for “Weeks” and there is no other person to help.

Said they would call when the part arrived. 6 hours after they received the part, they never called back to inform the part has arrived. Very unprofessional.

I got my materials and the staff is nice. But, for some reason they've gotten significantly slower ever since they do curbside only (COVID Reasons for sure). I've waited an hour just for materials multiple times. Time is money.

Patriot HVAC

Very slow customer service. Slow answering the phone. A dozen rings or so. 5 minutes on hold then get dumped into a voice mail. They seem understaffed and lack knowledge, at least on the HVAC side. Their pricing is a little high compared to other supply houses but if they had good, fast, quality customer service it wouldn't be a big issue . I do my best to avoid buying from them but sometimes I don't have an option.

Bought a $19000 Sub zero fridge! Installed it July 12th with two different handles and today Aug 3 Rick is telling me that it'll be another week before the panel arrives even though I was told it was going to be installed on July 24. So... No one ordered the panel? This is poor service. I will not tolerate being lied to and they just have to come get it.

I've been here twice in the last few years, and both times everyone was extremely nice and super helpful. Both times my furnace was having issues, and i know basically nothing about furnaces, and they helped me out. Prices were great.

No help whatsoever when it comes to finding parts for anything they sell. They can’t answer there phones. Costumer service is trash. If I could give them half a star I would because they aren’t even worth one.
