Lamping/Huser Heating-Cooling

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lamping & Huser Heating & Cooling. I was told that an item they had worked on and replaced parts for earlier in the year for the previous homeowners should be under warranty, but once they realized that the coils were burned out too and the entire unit needed to be replaced, they decided to charge me a service call fee. At the time, when the fan was replaced, Lamping & Huser Heating & Cooling should have noticed that two out of the three coils were no longer functioning due to being burnt out, which was a result of the fan not working properly.

To make matters worse, I've had to contact the office several times and argue with the lady over the bill. She was very insulting and didn't seem to care about my concerns.

I will finally be paying this service call bill as I write this review, but I only do so begrudgingly. I feel like I was taken advantage of and treated unfairly by this company, and I'm extremely disappointed in the way they've handled this situation.

Overall, I cannot and will not ever recommend Lamping & Huser Heating & Cooling based on my experience. If you're looking for a reliable and honest heating and cooling company, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Air conditioner was making a loud noise, Mr Lamping came out within 30 minutes of phone call. He inspected the system and found no problem. He tightened the unit and the noise disappeared. He did not charge me. Great service

The three installers were professional and on time. They treated me and my less than exquisite furniture and household items that had to be moved as if they were precious antiques! They didn’t chat much with each other or on their phones at all. They were like a 500 pit crew, each one doing their part of the installation smoothly and efficiently.
They were clean and respectful and they didn’t make fun of my dusty old house. I was totally awed and impressed! I highly recommend this company! They put everything back in its place and cleaned up and I have a great new system! So happy!

Referred by my Father. This would be my second time using this company. I initially called for a second opinion turns out our package unit was very unsafe. We had to purchase a new furnace and ac unit. I trusted their opinion and knew it was coming sooner or later. During the process I had to call the secretary several times with questions she was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Now in frigid weather were nice and warm. I'm looking forward to the savings in our utility bills. The workman and co owner that were here were pleasant,
professional and timely. I'm happy over all and glad the process is over. I feel their an honest company. I will be referring my friends and family.

Jim and his team came for the rescue when our AC went out due to a warranty issue. Sarah has always been on top of communicating and helping get her people to the job and doing reliable work for a reasonable cost.

Jim was phenomenal! Another company came in and said my furnace could not be fixed. Jim showed up quickly and had my electric heat working in a matter of minutes. It ended up being my heat pump that went bad, not even my furnace. Lamping Huser will be getting all of my future business and recommendations!

I would recommend this Company to all my Family and Friends who need this services.

They are very good, but I tried to contact them to discuss payment for their services, but I couldn't get a hold of them, and their hours of business must be a big secret, because I am unable to find where they are listed.
