I was converting from oil heat to natural gas, having a whole new system installed with some duct work.The Fellowship Heating & Cooling technicians were honest, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood what they were doing and why. The workmanship was very neat and tidy. I also felt that the quote was very reasonable considering the scope of what they were doing. They cleaned up all of their mess and work areas. I am really happy with the experience that I had with Fellowship H&C and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Aug 2019: Fellowship recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home to replace one that was 20 years old - well past its expected lifetime. Some years before that, a new water heater. About twenty years ago our first Furnace and A/C install. I feel like Mark and his son, Todd are truly friends of mine and now Mark's grandson is doing my annual servicing. This business has ALWAYS taken good care of me and I firmly trust that they always will. When they installed the new water heater, I think that they underbid the job because they had to install and route way more ducting than planned. I tried to get Mark and Todd to increase their bill to at least cover their materials cost, but they refused. I recommend Fellowship to EVERYone I know who needs HVAC service. They are good, honest, highly skilled folks.

My husband chose them to call having had other business dealings with the business. We needed a new thermostat at which time it was determined by the serviceman and my husband that our old heating-cooling system was on the brink of death. A new system was installed today. Both visits we were called about 15 minutes before they would arrive and they arrived promptly when they had predicted they would. They went quietly to work in the garage and I hardly knew they were here. They asked to enter the house a couple of times to see the thermostat. At both visits these guys were efficient, knowledgable, pleasant, professional, quiet, polite and gentlemanly. We believe we paid a very good price for all this equipment and work, even on the low side. Everything we needed to know was explained well and quickly before they left. I think they left our garage cleaner than they found it. We are thrilled with the excellent service and we will have them back for the annual servicing of the system.

I can’t say enough about this company, our heat went out and they arrived within an hour of calling them. The guys were very professional and courteous. They were able to repair our furnace at a very reasonable price.

We have used Fellowship for the last five years and have always had great service and felt valued as a customer. They’ve replaced our furnace, AC, and water heater and all has gone well from install to annual follow up.

We have used Fellowship Heating and Cooling for our summer and winter maintenance for quite a few years now. We originally found them in the Blue Book of Businesses. This spring we had them out and based on what was going on we elected to have a new furnace and AC unit installed. Just like their other work for us, we are very pleased with our new Heating and AC. The employees of Fellowship, from the phone contact people, to the installers, and the owners are always very nice people to work with and they are also friendly and seem as if we are family.

I've been relying on Fellowship for at least ten years and I've never been disappointed! They have provided me we with a furnace, humidifier, A/C, and two water heaters and the maintenance for all of them. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had a chance to use Fellowship Heating & Cooling twice over a week’s time and cannot say enough good things about Todd and his company. We’re taking care of my father’s condo and the AC went out suddenly during 90 degree weather. We placed a call to Fellowship and they worked us in same day. Todd quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for a reasonable fee.

A few days later, he came to my home, which I am selling, to inspect/ repair some items that surfaced on an inspection report. Again, he quickly fixed a minor issue and provided a detailed invoice to satisfy the new buyers. While here he checked out the thermostat, outdoor sensor and other items as a courtesy.
