My water heater needed replaced. Chuck responded quickly, removed the old and installed the new. Honest, reliable and quick to take action!

We had our bathroom redone by Chuck Greathouse when my family moved into our current house. After several years, the floor had rotted near the bathtub and toilet.
During our (still ongoing) remodelling session, we've found multiple layers of insulating foam that are added onto the wall that already has insulation. The fibreglass tub was glued to the floor and had a ton of foam spray. The fan/light in our ceiling leads nowhere, trapping moisture in the house.
There were three lengths of Philip's Head screws used in a random fashion, plus some Torque screws, and this was visible in every piece if drywall. It took us, a team of four, almost 7 hours to pull up the floor boards because they was an immense amount of water-damaged wood and insulating foam on top of the sub floor.
The worst, however, has to be that the electrical cables that connect to our breaker are along the toilet and bathtub's piping, which is against building code.
