Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning

I've used Good Guys Heating and Air twice, Once last summer, due to a refrigerant leak, and again this summer, over a year later. We have our original Furnace and AC unit which is now 15 years old. Good Guys has kept it going at a very reasonable rate, while providing honest information and very timely service. Highly Recommended.

Great communication. Prompt return call when I had made a scheduling mistake. Same day service on a 12:30 pm weekday call. Steve was my technician. He was extremely polite and informative. Reasonably priced as they are paid by the job (not hourly). I have (finally) found my go to heating company.

Called Good Guys when the A/C went out at a rental property. They were out within a few hours and replaced the capacitor and filled the system with Freon, replaced the furnace filter and had everything up and going within about 20 minutes. Tenants and I were both pleased with the service and the price! Highly Recommend!!

Good Guys is a great company. Their techs are prompt and polite. Ours stayed until he knew the heat would stay running before leaving. We will call them for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

Joe was very helpful and friendly. He professionally entered the house wearing shoe guards and explained his furnace tune up throughout and once he was done. Very happy and will be calling them for our AC tune up next year as well.

We cannot thank Good Guys enough! My fiance and I were being mislead by both our realtor, our seller, and every one of their "professionals" they had looking at the HVAC system in the home we were trying to purchase. We were fed up with the list of reasons why the obviously defective AC would not cool the home below 77 degrees, and decided to get the best rated HVAC people on the job. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED! Good Guys was impeccable! Our specialist, Jason, knew what was wrong very quickly and continued with the full inspection of the HVAC system, noting everything wrong, not just the main problem - EVERY problem. His thoroughness saved us from stepping into a home that we could not have afforded to fix, let alone fix in the correct way. We now have the honest and correct information to defend ourselves in the situation, and hopefully this home will finally get the care it should have gotten over so many years.

My old system continued to break down so JD installed a new system for me. The new system has a great warranty and I no longer worry about what's going to happen the next cold night we get. JD always responded immediately after I messaged him and came out to fix the issue quickly. When they say they will be there at a certain time, they actually show up at that time! Great customer service and a great company. Thank you.

My furnace stopped working and these guys were my first call. Joe came out within an hour (!), diagnosed the problem and had the furnace up and running quickly. Extremely knowledgeable, no BS up selling on unnecessary products or services- just sound advice and quality workmanship at a reasonable price. The next time I have HVAC needs- with an old house it’s only a matter of time- this will be my only call.
