I'm very impressed with my whole experience with this company. Brian sold me my air conditioning unit. Seems very upfront and honest. Greg Conrad installed my unit and was prompt showing up and done before the estimated time he predicted. Greg also showed me a faulty trap on my furnace. He replaced it that day as well. This was never mentioned by the other company I had.

I've used Sheets twice for furnace & a/c replacements (2006 & 2017). They are always honest & upfront about your options. They will work with your budget. Both replacements have been great experiences. They offer coupons from their website & have honored them every time we've used Sheets. Of course, anyone interested in furnace or a/c replacements should perform their own due diligence online before calling any company to consult. Doing my own research, each time, gave me the insight whether the companies, their estimates, and explanations were honest or exaggerated, for upsales.

Greg Conrad is a valuable asset to Sheets. He heard our concerns & budget, and worked with us on our recent furnace replacement. Was very honest about where all matters stood with our existing furnace and did not try to up-sale us on unnecessary furnace items or features we didn't need to spend our hard earned money on. His 40-years experience of providing honest, knowledgeable service came through while talking to him, and was well appreciated.

I've consulted other local heating, a/c & plumbing companies. Some are as honest & reliable. Others not so much. I'm very comfortable with Sheets, and hope they can continue this great reputation I've experienced with them.

Sheets is my go to for all HVAC & Plumbing! They are always on time, do a great job, and the price is right. They have installed and serviced AC & Furnace Units for me. I have also used them to install water spigots and trouble shoot leaky pipes in a rental property. I will not call anyone else when I need help. Very trustworthy.

Called Sheets Air and Plumbing for a quote to install a shower valve. Tony came to the house without a mask and was very unprofessional. When I asked his opinion about a tankless water heater, he immediately replied he hated the d___ things. He complained that they were a pain to install and that the maintenance was a pain to do and he didn't like all the little nuts and bolts that had to be taken out to service it. He complained that the water heater would have to be serviced every other year. I would think that would be job security for him. He used profanity while talking with me, which is very unprofessional. The quote he gave me was much higher than the quote over the phone, I asked why was that, he said the difference was because of chrome and touchless shower. I did not request a quote on the a touchless shower. When I pressed further on the price difference, Tony says I don't even know what the h---, she quoted you. I have used Sheets in the past and was happy with the service. As of today, I will no longer use them for services. Tony provided poor service and was very unprofessional.

Highly recommend!! The wife and I had them install a water heater on 7/22/19. The technician was professional, really nice, high quality work, explained everything really well, and very fair with pricing. We’ll be using them for all our future plumbing, heating, and AC work.

They did an awesome job replacing two outdoor spigots that were old & leaking. Our water main shutoff wouldn't close completely and needed replaced, they coordinated the shutoff so that the repair could be done, as well as getting the city back out to turn on the water after the shutoff was repaired. Very fair price on all the work as well, thanks for a job well done!

On the July 4th HOLIDAY weekend we had AC problem in 90' Heat! Sheets communication was superb, two different times staff were timely and well prepared. Work was completed as needed. Great transaction for some solid work that was done correctly. If needed we will be back.

Excellent work. Called at 9 am for a furnace that had stopped blowing heat. I was told a technician(Jeremy) would be there between 10-12, received a call to let me know that he was on his way and would be there at 10. Jeremy was polite and courteous. he explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He also gave advice on to keep the same problem from occurring again. Would recommend Sheets for home repair need.

I love this place, my parents had been with them since 2002, when they passed I stayed with them because they new the unit and the house, I just had to call them they day before veterans day because my furnace stopped working, Austin was here on Veterans day and fixed it. The best service company around in my book.

I can't say enough about the service!!! Austin C. explained everything about what the unit needed, informed me about cleaning the unit yearly, and the benefits of this. I've used two different companies for my yearly upkeep for my HVAC and this was the first time a technician actually showed me and did the work needed! Never going back to the other companies!!!!
