Cannot say enough about this company! I called when our airconditioning stopped cooling our house on an 88° day, after hours, they responded and came out at 8 pm and fixed it quickly so we could sleep comfortably that night! And the price was very reasonable! Recommend them highly!

Kevin and his assistant had everything ready for the installation of furnace, A/C and humidifier systems. They removed and disposed of the old systems. The time, as I remember, was about a half day per system. Delivery and down times were minimal and the price was very, very right. Both systems are working well.
I highly recommend Manz H&C for your Heating and Air Condition needs.

Kevin did a very nice job on installing a mini-split unit on my home and a furnace for my mother. The price beat all the competition and was a blessing to work with.

I had a great experience with Manz Heating and Cooling. Very responsive to text messages, which I appreciate. I was supposed to get my new AC and furnace on a Tuesday, but on Monday night a huge storm knocked out the power for three days in a heatwave. Even though he had damage to his property to deal with, Kevin came out and moved the equipment into my garage to wait for the power to be restored. As soon as the power came back, he came out the next day to do the install. We were never so grateful for the cool air! I felt he went above and beyond in a tough situation. Highly recommend.

Kevin is a great person to deal with he gave us an honest opinion on what to due with our ac/ furnace . He went above and beyond to help figure out what our issue was . the quote came in very quick and he’s got great prices! I would highly recommend this company for your hvac needs or just a regular Service agreement.

Worst HVAC contractor in Indiana. The owner is rude and charges ridiculous fees for work that is not completed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.
