I trust Jere and his work completely. Jere has been our go-to and exclusive hvac "guy" for the last 5 or 6 years. Has has installed two new units (we have three in our house) in the last 3 years. He ALWAYS goes "above and beyond" on the install, and he is there for service when called, quickly and troubleshoots the problem effeciently. When the AC in our Mother-In -Law Suite went out and we had guests coming on an extreemly hot July weekend - he was there faster than expected. He doesn't nickel and dime you. Instead he builds a relationship, and I value that more than calling "the cheapest guy in town". His prices are more than fair. His service / knowldge is top shelf and he is trustworthy...AND he installs only quality products.

We highly recommend Voors. Our AC went out on a miserably hot day, we contacted a local HVAC company. They came out and wanted to charge us over $1000 to possibly fix the problem. The tech wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. Thankfully we declined and called Voors! Jere came out and figured out what the actual problem was right away! He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. We were back up and running in no time for only a fraction of the cost! We have definitely found our HVAC service provider from now on! Give them a call! You won’t be disappointed!!

I have been using Voors for years for my repairs and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are up and running. This time my my central ac went out, he came out and had it fixed in minutes. I had thought that I was going to have to get a new unit after a friend had looked at it, I am so glad we had Voors check it out. Honest, reliable service!

They respond quickly but still waiting on an estimate and the warranty on the product they want to use. I asked about the product and didn’t get a reply . He told me to research it. Apparently I offended him by asking questions about what would get done.

My furnace broke down two days before Christmas. I figured that I had little or no chance of someone coming to the house until after Christmas. I called Voors, talked to a lady named Barb who was most helpful and they sent a quailified heating technician, I think his name was Jere out to the house. He knew almost immediately what was wrong with my furnace and had my furnace up and running in no time. The amount of money I paid for this service was very very reasonable. I highly recommend Voors to anyone, who needs their furnace serviced or repaired.

From the sweet voice who answered my call , to Jere and Omar's service call, I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely have them back for any heating problems I may have and recommend them to others.

**UPDATE 10/6/2016**

Voors contacted me via email and actually listened to my feedback regarding my concerns about the Tough Cover quality. We reached an equitable compromise as they found a factory cover which will fit my unit (for which I will pay the difference in price), and arranged for the return of the Tough Cover.

So happy to know that there are still companies out there who are concerned with (and listen to) customer feedback. As a result, I am updating my star review from 2 (which had to do with Tough Cover quality) to 5... primarily due to the customer service received.

My original review (2 stars) dated 10/4/2016

I received my custom Tough Cover today and have to admit that, for the price, I am a little disappointed in the quality of construction. I attempted to contact you via your website, but your "Contact Us" link errors out with a "Sorry, Invalid Login" message.

I spent many years as a seamstress, and was disappointed to see that critical stress areas are not reinforced, nor is the bottom edge even finished... which is a critical area to prevent seams from separating or the bottom from tearing (or curling).

These are simple things which add little time to construction and cost, yet undone, leave the product vulnerable to inadvertent damage (and an easy source for nesting rodents to obtain materials from the raw edge).

I've created a more durable, custom cover for my patio furniture, and my barbecue grill, utilizing a brown extra heavy duty tarp with Gorilla brand heavy duty duct tape for under $25.00, and they have held up through multiple, harsh Wisconsin winters and numerous nesting critters.

I'm sorry to see that such simple things like reinforcing stress points or finishing edges were not even a consideration in my "custom" cover.

As I don't want to make it even shorter than its current length, I'll have to look into finishing the bottom edge and reinforcing the seams myself.

I typically do not send these types of comments, but I think there is a HUGE opportunity for you to improve your Tough Cover (as apparently my new Trane unit does not have a Factory Approved Cover available according to your listing).

Please take this advice in the spirit in which it is provided, and consider improving the areas of the cover I mentioned. I will honestly be surprised if this cover makes it through one Wisconsin winter intact.

This is a company with integrity and can-do attitude. They covered me when I owned a DQ and had freezers go down and now they are covering me when my furnaces quit in my rentals. Well done Bob Voors!

The repair man was rude and spoke to me like I was a dumb blonde. We will not be calling on them ever again.
