I had my furnace tune-up check for the winter. The technician Lyle did and excellent job and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling of Yorkville. I am a repeat customer and have not had a bad experience yet. Great Job!

Service was fantastic. Received a same day appointment, got the AC tune-up, and resolved an issue our system had the same day. They were so great that when the part needed wasn’t in the truck, Mike went and picked it up from the warehouse, came right back and installed it, taking care of everything the same day. Mike and Summers are AMAZING!

In the process of performing the annual maintenance of my heating system, previously installed by Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Lyle identified a significant stress fracture in a joint of the flue pipe ductwork that vents spent furnace gases, e.g., carbon monoxide, to the outside.

Unable to affect a repair himself since he didn’t have the required materials on his van, Lyle immediately called his manager to discuss the situation and arrange the needed repair. In the interim, he implemented a temporary “fix” that would allow the furnace to continue to operate while, at the same time, keeping me safe from any potentially lethal exhaust gases until permanent repairs could be made within 24 hours.

Courteous, explained as he worked. Answered all my questions.

I called Summer's because we had no luck/ bad experience with another company that didn't fix our AC problem. Mike came and figured out why our AC was leaking water all over our basement floor. He gave us quotes on new parts or a new AC unit and furnace. The next week they came and replaced the entire AC unit and furnace. They were were honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Dave the manager is excellent at Summers. He got John and Mike out here and came to that conclusion I needed a whole new furnace. Thank you guys very much John and Mike we're awesome text as well.

Lyle came out in the spring and this fall has treated us Great. Professional and Honest Great Company.

Arrived on time. Finished the installation ahead of schedule. Left the area clean and neat. Explained everything that was installed. Very happy with the product and employees.
