We woke this morning to hear a terrible noise coming from our boiler. I called McGuire at 8:00 and asked for a service person to come and take a look. George arrived a few hours later, diagnosed the issue with one of the pumps and had made repairs within an hour. He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable about our equipment. He gave me advice about maintenance and possible replace in the future. McGuire has a new and very satisfied customer.

McGuire heating & HVAC Inc. install Furnace for me nine months ago recently it started to make and knocking noise whenever the AC system turns on. The technician came promptly and identified the cause right away. (lack of air flow in the drainage system) He solved the problem in five minutes. Their technician are experienced and they honor their warrantee.

This is listed as a business in “Winnetka” but it is not based here. The appointment scheduler relayed the message to a technician, but on the first day he was due to arrive, he called to say that he didnt realize we had 4 furnaces only thought 1, and needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for an 8 am appointment four days later, and he was a no show. When I called at 8:45, he said he got caught up “in something personal” and wanted to reschedule again. He said that he works out of Chicago but lives in Zion. He asked want our old furnace people charged, so he could set his prices. Several concerns here.

James was great! My furnace was leaking quite a bit of water and he not only diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Professionally done in timely manner. Highly recommended.

McGuire fixed my broken boiler - the whole thing went smoothly, from the initial appointment through the service itself to billing. I really had a great time working with these guys. I highly recommend them to anyone!

These technicians were very fast. They came out and did a commendable job on my AC units. One of my units is very old and they charged me a very fair quotation should I need to replace it.I was very pleased by their service. I would highly recommend.

I had a scheduled appointment on 2/25/2020 from 10am-12pm. No one ever showed up . I called the office at 1pm requesting to speak to a manager. I was told the tech got caught up at another job and was on his way. 4pm and no one ever showed up. I called and requested for manger again. No one ever called. I reschedule my appointment for the first on 2/26/2020 at 8am. again its now 11:30am and no one ever showed up. I called and a manager will call me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
