My experience with Imran was one of the best I could of asked for. He was super fast on his arrival Knew exactly what the problem was after sufficient testing of volts , ran to grab the parts same day and gave me and my family heat immediately. HIGHLY recommended

Best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Had a furnace, hot water heater, water softener and iron filter installed. Besides doing a great job with the furnace he also did a tremendous job on the water heater, softener and iron filter. The water heater is electric which required adding a circuit and running conduit. All this was done neatly and professionally. Same for the copper water lines needed for the softener and iron filter. If you need any HVAC, electrical or plumbing work done I would highly recommend Imran and his company. Prices are great, the work is excellent and he is very responsive.

Mr. Ali here has been very professional and on time. He installed our complete hvac package unit, furnace, coil, condenser and he made sure to take care of his clients and went above and beyond our expectations. I watched the whole process of him installing it and he was repairing things that weren’t in the job or replacing parts just because he had them now that is exceptional customer service if I do say so myself.

Imran was not only the first one to respond to my calls but was at my place immediately as I was having a furnace emergency on the coldest day of the year. His dedication to his work and level of quality in his service is commendable. He knows his stuff and will get to the root of the problem to permanently fix it. A bonus is that he's so much more affordable than others I called. He's reliable and very professional. Would recommend him any day!

This is truly an all-inclusive HVAC and electrical solution provider. They just don't throw parts or fix issues, they provide solutions with guidance. It has been a true pleasure to have this company work at my home. I had my Furnace, Humidifier, Air Conditioner and Thermostat changed, the service was unbelievable. What I really appreciated was the innovative guidance they provided. They got me the latest and greatest state of the art Smart thermostat and installed high efficiency Furnace and AC at a crazy reasonable cost (trust me I shopped). It made a significant cost savings in my utility bills. I don't usually put in ratings and reviews but did take my time to put this in, only because these guys are great and changed the dynamics and efficiency of my home.

I can't thank United HVAC enough for helping us in an emergency situation! I accidentally backed up into the ceiling furnace and gas pipe in our warehouse with the fork lift...I didn't bring the forks down after I removed a pallet from the loft. The gas pipe broke open and gas was spraying out everywhere! We were in a panic- Called 911 and several HVAC companies- none of which were wanting to come out to help us in our emergency. Ali from United HVAC - was the only one who actually made the effort to calm me down and rearrange his schedule and drive out to our office right away. We were so grateful! The fire department and Nicor also came out to make sure the building was secure. Ali was able to fix the pipe and came out early the next morning to meet up with Nicor and make sure everything was in working order. What great customer service. We are a small family owned business located in West Chicago that are are extremely grateful for Ali and United HVAC! Thanks again...

Best hvac service yet: I've tried a few contractors and technicians in the past but United has been the most affordable and reliable. I will continue to give them my business for as long as I'm in the Chicagoland Area.
