Great experience with this company! Other companies gave us a turnaround of 3-4 weeks, but Brian's scheduled us within 1 week.
Our service provider, Miguel, called half an hour before arriving and promptly completed the check/clean of the two AC units at our commercial space. Very professional.
Will be continuing with them for yearly furnace and AC maintenance.

I highly recommend Brian’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Our AC went out during this season’s first heat wave so we’d put out requests via Yelp late on a Friday evening. Vivian responded within 15 minutes and she was thankfully able to squeeze us in Saturday afternoon. Miguel phoned to let us know his ETA, he was on-time, polite, professional and answered all of our questions, and best of all, was able to get our 16 year old unit up and running. From start to finish, I really appreciated Brian’s Heating & Air Conditioning. They’re now our go to HVAC company!

The whole team at Brian’s was very professional. They sent a technician to evaluate the system and see what was needed for a humidifier since there wasn’t much space in the utility closet. On the day of the installation we received phone call confirmations. The technician made a custom part to make it all work and thoroughly explained what he did, how the system works amd how to maintain everything. We highly recommend their services if you are in the DuPage or Kane county area.

I called Brian's after getting a $1800 AC repair quote from Four Seasons. The techs from Brian's, Miguel and Fernando, were on time and very nice. Within 5 minutes, they had it working and the repair bill was under $300 for the AC. I'm so glad we didn't go with that first quote!

Brian's Heating and Air Conditioning has helped us twice with furnace problems. Both times, they were very responsive, pinpointed the problem, and quickly got our furnace running right. The most recent time (today!), Miguel knew we were without heat and added us to his schedule late in the day. He was at our house within two hours of us calling. He's a pro, expert at what he does, and a pleasure to have in our house. Even late in the day, he took time to explain things, make some recommendations, and make sure we were all set. We won't use anybody else.

We’ve never had a HVAC company be proactive enough to offer a yearly maintenance plan. Tom was really great, explained everything and his expertise was much appreciated. We found Brian’s Heating and Air Conditioning on Yelp, and the reviews and comments were spot on.

Furnace wouldn't run due to issue with Ecobee thermostat I installed a few years ago. Marlene jumped through some hoops to get Miguel over to inspect, diagnose, and quickly correct the problem. No worries with Brian's when something goes wrong.

Installation of a new furnace went well. Miguel Diaz inspected the old furnace and carefully explained multiple replacement options. He was able to answer all my questions regarding what would work best for our home. Since we didn't have any heat, an installation was arranged for the next morning. The installers were on-time and very conscientious. There was no disruption our daily routine. After the installation, Miguel followed up and walked me through reconfiguring our thermostat for the new equipment which is operating well. For the first time in five days I don't have cold feet!

Brian's Heating replaced my failing Carrier with Armstrong furnace. Very happy. Quieter than my carrier that only lasted 10 years. Great professional service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend. Very smooth process. Done in 4 hours.
