We had a great experience w Kelso when our AC went out. They worked us in the following day & knew the issue within a matter of minutes. They needed to order a part so we were without air in 90° weather for an extra day. Jake made sure we had a window unit to get us through, especially after hearing we have a 5 month old. I cannot recommend kelso, specifically jake, enough. If I could give him a raise myself I would 😂

We had contacted Kelso Heating & Cooling for an AC check and they were here in a day. When we were looking to update furnace & air conditioner, we received several estimates. Kelso Heating and Cooling was in line with one other one but we decided to go with them since they serviced our AC prior and they are local. They were all professionals during the installation and cleaned everything up prior to leaving. We recommend Kelso Heating & Cooling!

In early April (below normal temps) our furnace was not working and Austin came out within 2 hours and determined that the heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. His recommendation was to replace the entire furnace due to its age and other items likely to fail in the near future. The warranty company agreed and the parts were ordered and he and Josh installed the system in a very timely and professional manner. All the parts needed were on-hand and we had a working furnace 4 hours after they arrived. We were very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone in need of heating work.
