My house was 52 degrees when I woke up on Christmas eve morning! Adam arrived promptly as promised and thoroughly worked to diagnosis the problem on my 30+ year old furnace which was acting up. Instead of replacing parts and guessing what might be wrong, he took his time and expertly worked to resolve the issue and stayed at my house to ensure it continued working. J &A was absolutely wonderful to work with!! I was upset to come home and find a cold house with no heat, called J&A on recommendation of neighbors. Very quick and responsive, he responded to an after hours request within minutes. and I could not be happier to have found someone honest and local! If you are looking for someone to fix, not automatically say “replace”, look no further.

My AC unit was turning on and off every 5 minutes during a hot and humid day. I Googled around and saw some great reviews and I went to J&A's website and they said to text or call 24/7, I sent a text at 10pm on a Monday night and got a response to my question as well as an appointment for the next morning with an hour window. Amazing! Adam was on time, sent a text saying their ETA, and was highly professional. They dealt with my old AC unit and was very knowledgeable and kind to my cluelessness. They went above and beyond, described the issue, informed me of worst case, and was able to solve the problem within an hour. They provided me a detailed invoice and I was able to pay digitally via Zelle. I'm tired of calling places that contract out workers, I'd rather deal with the person doing the work directly. Thank you Adam! I will always give you a call for my HVAC needs.

Excellent service call to check out our central A/C system. Adam was very courteous and promptly came by and performed exemplary work. He's very knowledgeable, answered all my technical questions and what-ifs. Freely shared insights into our system. Will call again when I have any HVAC issues. Absolutely the best possible service and response to service inquiry one could ask for. Adam responded to a heating problem on new year's day and offered to come out. By far the most knowledgeable and professional service a customet could ask for. Will never call anyone else for hvac issue. Call him if you need any hvac maintenance or repair. The best.
