We have used R & R since we’ve moved into our home. We would recommend them to everyone!!!! So friendly, fair priced, and trustworthy. Our furnace shorted out during a blizzard and Rich was here in 30 mins. We now have heat again!! Thank you R & R!!!!

I called on Tuesday night at 9pm.
Rich and his son arrived the next morning very promptly, diagnosed the problem, and got right to work. Forty minutes later, my furnace was working again, better than ever!!

Came to my place 8 months ago to check heat. Technician took a piece of the system from our home to do "research" on it and never brought it back, now we can't get in touch with them. They don't return messages or anything. Technician claimed to have bled air from the pipes. Well, we had someone out here just today 9/20 to start the job and lo and behold, the pipes were not bled at all. Still can't get in touch with this company. And we want our piece back!!!

They were recommended to me by a friend when I had some air conditioning issues. I called they had an opening. When I expected the worst they came out and it turned out to be a simple issue and they had my house cooled off in no time. Kids and wife were happy again!... and at a great price too.

I was referred to r&r heating by a neighbor. I was told by the service guy that came out my exhaust pipes from from furnace that go outside were too close together. The company that installed the furnace last year have been out about 5 times after installation because furnace kept shutting down. They always said nothing wrong! I'm glad I called r&r!
