Northlake Heating and Air Conditioning LLC

It's been a few weeks since Jaime and team installed a new AC unit & Furnace, and everything is working great. I had originally contacted a big chain to check my AC and they said that everything seemed okay, but when the temperature was 100° and my house was at 80° it was obvious something was wrong. I gave Northlake Heating and Cooling a call, and Jaime came out in a matter of hours. He took a detailed look at the AC unit and furnace and diagnosed the issue in about half an hour. There was an issue with the condenser and I was given an option of replacing that (on a unit that was ~20 years old) or getting a new system installed. Ultimately, the price I was quoted for a new system was very reasonable and I decided to go with that. After 2 days (!) Jaime and team came to install a new AC and furnace, and they were very professional and respectful throughout. It took them about 8 hours in total to complete the install. They also moved the electrical box up to allow for easier service. I am very pleased with the quality of service and would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy with my new AC. Jamie and his crew were awesome! They spent two days in my hot attic changing out my air conditioner and not one complaint from anyone. Jamie went up and above and set the new unit up so I don’t have to climb into the attic to change my filter. I can not say enough about this company. They are extremely Courteous and Professional. You can’t go wrong with these guys!!

The Guys at Northlake heating and cooling are the best! Our furnace broke down and they were able to get us a new unit fast! They were very professional and kind while working at our home. We were use to using other companies for our HVAC problems, but after finding Northlake Heating and cooling we are set!
