Bennie and Tony at Mack Heating and Cooling were terrific. We called the company after our previous service guy could not respond to our emergency. The two technicians arrived shortly after and went straight to work. They clearly explained everything they did and answered any questions I had. They were both very personable, made sure everything was done correctly and the furnace was working as it should, were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this team.

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Terrible communication, they never get back to you. I had a technician come out to take a look at the project and never heard back, going on 5 weeks now. I actually have been following up with them a couple of days a week and each time the people on the other line keep telling me that I'll get my estimate by days end or the next day as well as a call from the manager. Not once has this happened yet. The receptionist employees keep lying to you because they don't know how else to handle the situation. The fact that I'm going on 5 weeks for even a simple estimate is very alarming.
DO NOT do business with them! Terrible people, terrible company, terrible communication.

He fully explained his examination of our heating system and made helpful suggestions about additional service that we dint even know we needed. Prompt, clean, courteous and thorough.Daniel did the highest quality work and provided the best customer service. Will recommend to anyone and use again.

I had a wonderful experience. Benny saved me a ton of money by fixing the simple problem of clearing out the drain. Now my unit is cooling off the whole house with no issues. I appreciated that he was very upfront of everything he told me. I would endorse Mack Heating and Cooling to everyone!!

Mack Heating and Cooling put a new system in my house about six months ago and I'm very happy with it so far. I called with some routine maintenance problems in February when it got really cold and I couldn't believe how fast they had someone at my house. Would definitely hire them again.

This company is the biggest fraud, they come for maintenance and quote you enormous amount like four times any heating company will charge you and when you turn down their services for high price they charge you $99.00 . I think they are in business to charge $ 99.00 dollars for coming and seeing you , and quote very high maintenance charge and just leave and bill you $ 99.00 dollars. They should be reported to a TV show and expose them for fraud.

Mack repaired our air conditioner last week. He patiently explained everything he did and checked so we knew exactly what was going on. He left us with many helpful hints as to how to keep our unit working properly. Couldn't be more pleased!

Tony the service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The salesman was extremely professional and answered all questions regarding installing new heating and air system. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how the system worked in detail. Very glad to have the new system and can't say nothing but good things regarding the whole process. Excellent company to work with.
