We hired this company to replace our old furnace and the new system install took about an hour. Installers Ben and Alex were exceptional, courteous, professional hard workers. They analyzed our needs and provided the perfect solution that was within our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Just had fall inspection. Ben and Mike arrived at scheduled time. Both of them were very courteous and informative. Completed inspection in an efficient manner and advised us about the condition of our unit and all its major components. Nothing needed replacing except the filter. My old mother needed help with her 13yr old furnace that turned off abruptly one cold Sunday morning and was difficult for her to identify someone to help her. She had tried calling various HVAC service providers but they were out of reach and of course she had to reach out to someone who could perhaps help her. I therefore called Sun Heating & Air Solutions for their assistance, they were available and they sent in Ben and his team who came went to help her out. My mum told me that they were very polite and understanding, no pressure and they had quite a conversation with her the entire time. I'm glad they came in handy and left my mum happy.

Matt was on time, gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival. He was very professional, he gave me a fair quote for fixing my AC.
