My experience with Jeremy from Harmonic was excellent all around. We had our air conditioner unexpectedly break on us, so I immediately started to get quotes from local highly rated vendors. I probably contacted 6 or 7 different vendors and Jeremy from Harmonic was the easy choice. He was prompt, courteous, extremely informative, and priced very well. I'll definitely be recommending Jeremy to my friends for their HVAC needs going forward!

We recently had Jeremy and his crew out to install a dual-zone system in our home. I can't recommend Harmonic highly enough. The technicians who did the install were very professional, they kept the work area clean and tidy at the end of the night and they walked me through all of the changes and answered any questions I had. I couldn't ask for a better experience all around. We'll be using them going forward for all of our HVAC needs.

Harmonic is fabulous! I'd put off calling for AC service, thinking it was going to be a massive replacement expense. Surprised to find that it was just a small part that needed replacing and they did it swiftly at a great price a few weeks ago. Then today, the first day I actually wanted to USE it, it wasn't blowing cold air. Nate was here within a couple of hours, and found that the roofers currently working on replacing the roof dropped something on the power box that triggered the breaker to pop. They didn't even charge me for the visit that should have been $135 service call! These people are the absolute BEST. From Liz in the office to the service techs I've met so far. I had this furnace issue and my house started cooling down. I tried talking to NEST support. They ended up saying that its not NEST issue and it has something to do with the furnace. And I get hold of Harmonic. People who work there are pretty responsible and responsive. They even called me couple times before the technician arrived just to make sure that they are on track. They assigned a guy for my house and he showed up couple mins early. I am glad he came early. His name is Brandon and he is best at his business. He was friendly, helpful, accurate on the issue. He explained each and every piece what he did to my furnace. He is very professional and explained all the charges and future maintenance tips. Daniel was on time and very helpful in explaining what he was doing for the furnace check. He replaced the worn parts and cleaned up after himself. I'm definately part of the program NOW!

Harmonic Heating and Air Conditioning is excellent! If you are looking for an HVAC professional that you can trust call Jeremy at Harmonic. Over the past 6 months I have had to call Jeremy to my house on numerous occasions. This sounds bad at first but it wasn't because of his work it was because of failing systems installed by the previous homeowner. He was always courteous, honest, and provided top notch customer service.

A few key examples of this service:

* I called Harmonic at 9:45 on a Thursday evening because my heat went out in our recent "polar vortex" and Jeremy made the service call immediately and restored the heat for my wife and our four month old child. He then followed up to make sure it was working properly.

* Recently my air conditioning was giving us issues. Jeremy made a number of repairs and ultimately got our house cool again. Each time I spoke with him I received honest and reliable consultations which allowed me as a novice handyman to make educated repair decisions.

I give Harmonic Heating and Air Conditioning my highest recommendation. I plan to consult with Harmonic on all my heating and air conditioning needs moving forward.

I've had the pleasure of working with Harmonic and not only are they fantastic people, the quality of work is great and the vans and trucks are top notch!

Super nice and thorough and they will do everything they can to educate the customer to help save them money in the long run. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't give them a shout for your heating a cooling needs.

In 2017 when we bought our house they saved our system until they could replace it a few weeks later at the hottest time of the year... A few years later (2022) our new system failed and they had someone out to our house in less than 30 mins on a Friday. That's amazing customer care!!! Absolutely love this company. Everyone on was and very friendly.
