5 stars from the start! Kimie was very nice to schedule a service. Jeff was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Jeff’s expertise in hydronic floor heating fixed the boiler which the previous “hack” job from another plumbing company. Price was fair & reasonable!

I would give a 4 or 5 star rating if the service I received was excellent. I got home and the tech was already working on the unit (not complaining about it), and he told me the compressor was out. I said okay what are my options and he said with replace the compressor or get a new unit with the new refrigerant. He gave me a ball park for both types of jobs. I started asking questions and it felt like the tech just didn't want to answer them. I am personally like to get all the details before agreeing to a job, but because the tech didn't seem like he cared much about my questions I am going to call someone else. I will say when you do call CMMC the operators are nice.

Had no heat and thought it was my thermostat. Turned out to be a valve that had to be replaced. The tech accessed the situation and was in and out within an hour. Great job

I would recommend Climate Masters to everyone. They installed a new furnace/ac system for us and the owner who came out to give us the estimate and the installer could not have been any nicer. We had two other estimates and Climate Masters came in at a lower price than both.
