I needed our furnace and AC units replaced. The installers came as scheduled and removed and replaced the units. They inspected the ductwork and made a repair that was needed. They cleaned up any and all debris when they were finished. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I am very happy with the quality of the units and the professional service I received from the installers. I highly recommend Paradise Heating and Air.

Paradise Heating and Air has proven to me that they come when I need them. I am convinced that I could call them at 2am and someone would answer the phone and be at my door quickly to solve my problem. Not only that, but they care about me as a customer and take the time to listen and understand beyond my heating and air issues. I have allergies. Through their questions, I found out that if I used a different filter in my system, it could greatly reduce the kind of pollen that effects me. Didn't make them any money, but saved me a ton in medication. Thank you Paradise Heating and Air for making my life comfortable.

They came out quickly, found my problem, had the part the next day, and my unit was fixed and working. Their pricing is extremely fair (as they are not a union shop) and their customer services is much better than the union shops i've used in the past. They called me a month after the service to verify things were still working OK which means customer service means something to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for someone to do HVAC work.
